What exactly is a credit?
One credit scrapes one page. Solving a CAPTCHA costs 10. Exporting your data is free on every plan. If a run finishes without finding any rows, it costs nothing at all — pages and CAPTCHAs both. Your dashboard shows exactly where every credit went.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Business, yes — leftover plan credits carry into the next month, up to one extra month's worth. On Free and Starter, plan credits refresh each month rather than accumulating. Credits you buy as one-time top-ups never expire and are never taken away, on any plan.
Do I need to write any code?
No. You build scrapers by clicking elements on the live page. If you know CSS selectors you can fine-tune them, but it is never required.
How do payments work?
Subscriptions and top-ups are processed by PayPal — we never see your card details. You can cancel any time from the Billing page with one click and keep whatever credits remain.
Can I run scrapes on a schedule?
Yes. Paid plans can schedule any project with a cron expression in your own timezone — hourly at the fastest on Starter, every 15 minutes on Business. Results collect automatically and you get notified when each run finishes.
How long do you keep my scraped data?
Results and export files are kept for 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter and 90 on Business, counted from when the run finished. The record of the run itself stays in your history either way.
